Purpose
We are an Evangelical Covenant Church in Waverly, NE united in Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit to obey the Great Commandment and the Great Commission: to love God with all our heart, soul, strength, and mind, to love our neighbors as ourselves, and to go into all the world and make disciples.
Our Core Priorities
Community - After these past two years we all know even better the importance of Christian fellowship and friends that you can count on for prayer, encouragement and support. Therefore, we desire to foster a culture of authentic community in all we do.
Discipleship - We believe the Bible is God’s Word and helpful for us to both connect with God and grow in Him
Kids & Youth - Kids matter at BCC. From Preschool to Elementary to High School youth groups we pray our kids grow in the love and knowledge of Christ
Compassion - We believe our Lord Jesus Christ has called us to live lives of generous compassion in a hurting world both locally and globally
